Pete Snook founded Snook Development Partners in 2026 as a real estate development company specializing in the selection, acquisition, financing, development, and disposition of retail, medical, office, and multifamily projects in the Pacific Northwest. This has been done in past as the sole partner, or in partnership with others for more than 40 years. In 2003 Steve Deacon and Pete Snook co-founded Deacon Development in Portland, Oregon where Pete worked for two decades as Development Director. Many of the projects you see here are from the work done prior to and during that tenure.

Snook Development looks for opportunities that will allow adding value through experience with creative developments.
